Common questions
When does pricing begin?
Pricing and the Free/Pro split begin when the public beta opens.
How does no auto-renewal work?
There's none. When your subscription period ends, you choose whether to renew. We want you to pay because you find value in the product, not because you forgot to cancel. We'll email you before it runs out. No surprise charges.
What happens at the public beta?
Pricing begins and a 30-day Pro trial comes with it. The trial needs no card up front, so nothing charges you at the end of it. If you want to keep Pro after the trial, you pay then, once, with no auto-renewal waiting behind it. Either way you keep the full Free tier: your data, your history, and the adaptive plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Since there's no auto-renewal, there's nothing to cancel. Your subscription simply runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Does paying sign my data over to anyone?
No. Your runs are stored so the app works on its own, never sold, and never used to train someone else's model. Export them or delete them whenever you want.
